You don't need to register for individual promotions or submit claim forms. DB Investing's system calculates eligible points after each trade, deposit, or qualified referral and adds them to your account.

Rolling tier progress

Your tier is based on your trading volume during the previous 365 days. You can view your current volume in real time and check how many additional lots you need to reach the next level.

Reward marketplace

Use your points for rewards such as Amazon gift cards, Apple products, Booking.com vouchers, and selected travel experiences. The available catalog may vary by location and supplier availability.

No changes to trading conditions

DB Genius Rewards is a promotional program. It doesn't change your spreads, leverage, execution, or withdrawal rules.

• Monthly trading volume: 50 lots

No. Fully verified clients in good standing are enrolled automatically when they open an account. Points begin accumulating with your next qualifying trade, deposit, or successful referral.

How are points calculated?

The system calculates points based on closed trading lot volume, eligible deposit amounts, and qualified referral activity. Your balance updates in real time in the Client Zone dashboard.

Do all trading instruments qualify?

Eligible instruments traded through DB Investing platforms can earn points. Conversion rates may differ by asset class, and you can view the applicable rates in your Client Zone.

How are tiers determined?

DB Investing reviews your trading activity over a rolling 365-day period. When your eligible volume reaches the requirement for Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Black, your account automatically moves to the applicable tier and receives the corresponding earning rate.

Can my tier change?

Yes. Your tier adjusts according to your activity during the previous 365 days. Points remain valid while your account stays active, subject to the program's terms. Check the Client Zone for the full validity conditions.

How do I redeem points?

Sign in to your Client Zone, open the Rewards Marketplace, choose a reward, and select "Redeem." The points are deducted from your balance immediately.

When will I receive my reward?

Digital gift cards and travel vouchers are usually delivered by email within 24 to 48 hours. Physical products are sent through a tracked carrier. Delivery times vary by region and product availability.

Can I withdraw points as cash?

Loyalty points are promotional units intended for approved Marketplace redemptions. They aren't cash and can't be withdrawn unless DB Investing offers a specific cash-redemption option.

Does the program affect my trading account?

No. DB Genius Rewards doesn't change your spreads, leverage, execution, or withdrawal conditions.

What happens if a product isn't available in my region?

If a requested product or specification isn't available locally, DB Investing may provide an equivalent or higher-value replacement. In some cases, it may offer an equivalent digital voucher instead.
