No broker matches these filters.

"Real crypto" means you own the coins; "CFDs" means you trade the price with leverage and never hold the coin. Offers differ by country: crypto CFDs are banned for retail clients in the UK. CFDs are complex and many retail accounts lose money.

How We Compare Crypto Brokers

The order puts regulation first: brokers licensed by top-tier regulators such as the FCA, ASIC, SEC/FINRA or BaFin rank higher. Next come crypto choice (number of coins, real crypto or CFDs), costs (spreads, commissions, crypto fees), access (minimum deposit, platforms) and track record.

Each broker page lists where its facts come from, so you can check them yourself before you open an account.

Crypto Broker FAQ

What is the difference between a crypto broker and a crypto exchange?

An exchange matches buyers and sellers of coins directly, so you hold the crypto in your exchange account. A broker is usually a regulated firm that offers crypto alongside forex, stocks and commodities, either as real coins or as CFDs that track the price.

Are crypto CFDs allowed in the UK?

No. Since January 2021 the FCA has banned the sale of crypto CFDs to retail clients in the UK. UK traders can still buy real crypto or crypto ETNs through some brokers and platforms.

What leverage can I get on crypto CFDs?

Under EU, UK-style and Australian rules, retail leverage on crypto CFDs is capped at 1:2. Offshore entities of some brokers offer more, but higher leverage means faster losses.

Which crypto broker has the most coins?

Capital.com (470), eToro (200), Eightcap (100) list the most cryptocurrencies in our comparison. Use the "Most cryptos" sort above to see the full order.

How do I read the Fear & Greed Index?

It scores crypto market mood from 0 (extreme fear) to 100 (extreme greed) using volatility, volume, social media and Bitcoin dominance. Very low readings often come after sharp sell-offs; very high readings after strong rallies.
