XS.com Appoints Anna Pastusenco to Lead Global PSP Partnerships

XS.com, a global FinTech and financial services provider, has appointed Anna Pastusenco as Group PSP and Banking Manager. The new role supports the broker's work to expand its international payments network and improve payment operations across its markets.

Reliable payment infrastructure plays an important role in client service and daily operations. XS.com is continuing to develop its payment capabilities by adding trusted banks and payment partners while improving how payments are managed across different jurisdictions.

As Head of PSPs, Anna will oversee XS.com's relationships with banks, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). Her responsibilities will include managing payment integration projects, developing partner relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and improving the efficiency of the company's payment infrastructure.

Before joining XS.com, Anna worked at IC Markets, where she managed parts of the group's international payment infrastructure, banking relationships, and partner network. She helped onboard banks, EMIs, and PSPs, negotiated commercial terms, supported payment operations across multiple jurisdictions, and worked with technology, compliance, legal, and finance teams on payment projects.

Anna has built her career around payment infrastructure and financial partnerships. Her experience includes leading payment integrations, managing relationships with financial institutions and payment providers, and working with product and technology teams to deliver secure payment services across several markets.

Earlier in her career, she held roles at Blossem Services Ltd and Real Deposits. Those positions gave her experience in merchant onboarding, payment compliance, risk assessment, due diligence, and underwriting. She also worked directly with merchants and payment partners on onboarding and operational procedures.
