XM Wins CMA License, Expanding Regulated Trading Access in Kenya
Global broker XM, which serves more than 15 million clients worldwide, has secured a license from Kenya's Capital Markets Authority (CMA). As a result, XM strengthens its regulatory presence in Africa and adds local oversight for traders in Kenya.
This CMA approval highlights XM's focus on strong compliance and clear operating standards. By working within Kenya's financial rules, XM looks to build long-term confidence with a transparent, client-first approach under a recognized local regulator.
"Kenya is a vibrant and fast-growing financial market, and CMA authorization shows our commitment to strong regulation and leadership," said Menelaos Menelaou, co-Chief Executive Officer of XM. "We're excited to grow in Kenya and give local traders access to our wide product range and award-winning services, supported by a respected local regulatory framework."
With the new license, XM can expand its services in Kenya and offer direct access to its global lineup of over 1,400 products. Traders also get educational materials and customer support, while XM's local operations follow the CMA's compliance and investor protection requirements.
Kenyan clients can get started through www.xm.ke. The site supports quick account setup and access to trading features such as fast execution, stable leverage options, year-round bonuses, and a range of products and tools built for different trading styles.
Traders at any level can join XM and open an account in minutes.
