Trade Nation names Philippe Capelle as new CMO
Trade Nation has hired Philippe Capelle as its new Chief Marketing Officer.
Capelle joins the broker from Wirex, a crypto payments company, where he also served as CMO. He spent a little over two years at Wirex.
Before that, he was Marketing Director at Novaki. Capelle has also held senior marketing roles at Sky, Dyson, eBay, and Nestlé.
His hire is part of wider leadership changes at Trade Nation.
Last year, Jon Noble became Chief Executive Officer at the broker. Noble previously worked at IG Group for more than 20 years, including as Chief Operating Officer and Board Director, with a mix of operations and strategy roles.
In late 2025, Trade Nation also named Kypros Zoumidou as Managing Director. Zoumidou has held senior roles across online trading and brokerage, including a stint as CEO of Capital.com, plus earlier positions at IG Group.
The move brings Zoumidou and CEO Jon Noble back together after working at IG Group. Zoumidou has also served as a Non-Executive Director at Perpetuals.com, an MTF focused on crypto derivatives trading.
