$10 Salma Markets No Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. The $10 No Deposit Bonus Promotion, also called the MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro) Account or the "Account," is offered by Saracen Inc, referred to in these terms as the "Company."

2. The $10 No Deposit Bonus Promotion is available only to new, verified account holders who live in Malaysia. Participants must register with an IP address that matches their registered country. The Company may exclude or disqualify registrations made with an IP address from another country.

3. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

4. To qualify for the MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro) Account, a participant must first open and receive approval for a new account.

5. The Company credits $10 to the Account as non-withdrawable and non-transferable trading credit, referred to as the "Trading Credit" or "Credit." The Trading Credit remains valid for 90 days from the date it is granted. If the Account remains inactive for 30 days or longer during this 90-day period, the Company will cancel the Trading Credit.

6. To withdraw profits earned through the MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro) Account, the Client must complete account verification and meet all of the following conditions:

   • Earn profits of at least $20.
   • Trade a minimum of 5 standard lots.
   • Keep each open position active for at least 3 minutes.

   The maximum withdrawal is $20. The Company may reject a withdrawal request that doesn't meet these requirements and may also cancel the $10 Trading Credit. Only trades involving currencies (Forex) and commodities count toward the promotion, subject to the Company's decision about eligible trading activity. The Company will review and approve all profits generated with the Trading Credit. Its decision regarding prohibited trading activity, eligibility, and profit validity is final.

7. Trading volume created through abusive activity won't count toward the required volume. This includes rapid order opening and closing, minimal exposure to market price movements, or repeated trades that don't involve genuine market risk.

   Prohibited conduct includes, but isn't limited to, the following:

   1. Quote stuffing: Submitting and canceling a large number of orders in a short period to create artificial market activity, mislead other participants, or overload the Company's trading systems.
   2. Sniping: Trading on stale, delayed, or otherwise outdated prices, especially during periods of low liquidity, to profit from temporary pricing differences.
   3. Price manipulation: Attempting to affect the price of a financial instrument through coordinated trading, false or misleading information, or other deceptive conduct.
   4. Swap abuse: Opening or closing positions around rollover periods solely to obtain favorable swap conditions or avoid negative swaps in a way that differs from normal trading behavior.
   5. Churning: Placing excessive trades without legitimate investment or trading reasons to generate commissions, rebates, or other benefits.
   6. Platform abuse: Using software, scripts, bots, or other tools to interfere with, overload, or bypass the intended features and limits of the trading platform. This includes misuse of latency, API endpoints, or order-throttling systems.
   7. Collusive behavior: Coordinating with other Clients or third parties to manipulate market prices, trade results, or trading conditions. This includes mirror trading, copy trading, or other coordinated activity carried out for manipulative purposes.
   8. Promotional abuse or bonus manipulation: Conducting trades mainly to satisfy promotional requirements instead of participating in the market genuinely. Examples include trade cycling, repeated low-risk trades, or transactions designed to increase reported trading volume.
   9. Trade cycling or volume farming: Repeatedly opening and closing positions, including offsetting trades, with minimal market exposure or no legitimate trading reason, for the purpose of generating qualifying volume.
   10. The Company may take any action it considers necessary in response to prohibited conduct. Actions may include canceling trades, adjusting the account balance, suspending or ending access to trading services, permanently closing the account, and pursuing legal action.

8. If the Account reaches Stop Out, the Trading Credit will be considered used and removed. The promotion will then end.

9. Each person and household may receive only one $10 No Deposit Bonus. Participants may not register using the information of a family member, including a sibling, spouse, ancestor, descendant, or other relative, acquaintance, or entity.

   If the Company suspects that a participant used another person's name or registration information to join the promotion, it may cancel the $10 Trading Credit without prior notice. This includes, but isn't limited to, the use of another person's IP address, email address, phone number, physical address, or utility bill. Attempts to obtain the bonus through multiple identities or registrations aren't permitted.

10. The Company may end the $10 No Deposit Bonus Promotion at any time without prior notice. It may also reject an applicant or cancel a new Client's $10 Free Account when it decides that doing so is reasonable or necessary.

11. Salma Markets employees, service providers, associates, and their family members aren't eligible for the $10 Free Account.

12. The $10 Free Account Promotion can't be combined with any other promotion.

13. By joining the $10 Free Account Promotion, the Client agrees that the Company may process the personal information provided during registration and participation. Salma Markets and its related entities may collect and process this information only as needed to administer and operate the promotion.

A Client may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. However, withdrawing consent may interrupt, suspend, or end the Client's participation in the promotion.

14. The Company may request additional documents before or during a Client's participation in the promotion. The Client must provide the requested documents. Failure to do so may interrupt, suspend, or end participation in the promotion.
15. Clients who submit false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during the account-opening process will be disqualified from the promotion.
16. A breach of these terms or the Company's general trading terms may result in the immediate cancellation of the $10 Trading Credit and any profits the Company identifies as improperly generated.
17. The Company isn't liable for any result of a canceled or declined Trading Credit. This includes the closure of orders caused by Stop Out.
