1. Promotion period

   • Valid from 1 January to 31 December, both dates inclusive.

2. Who qualifies

   • Open to all Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (PSPL) clients who have not previously opened a POEMS CFD MT5 account, based on each client’s unique NRIC/FIN number.
   • Each client may receive only one reward per NRIC/FIN number.
   • Accounts that are closed at any time during the promotion period will not qualify.

3. Reward details and mechanics

   • The reward is S$30 in CFD Cash Credits as a welcome bonus.
   • Clients qualify for the reward when they open a POEMS CFD MT5 account and make an initial funding of at least S$2,000 within the same calendar month of account opening, during the promotion period (capped at the first 10,000 eligible clients).
   • The initial funding must be in a single transaction. For example, a one-time deposit of S$2,000 qualifies. Multiple smaller deposits that add up to S$2,000 do not qualify. If a client deposits S$1,500 first, then S$500 later to reach S$2,000, the client will not receive the welcome bonus.
   • CFD Cash Credits are credits paid into eligible POEMS CFD MT5 accounts and can be used to offset CFD charges.
   • Eligible clients will receive the reward in their POEMS CFD MT5 account in the second week of the following month. Clients who close their account or withdraw the initial funding before the crediting date will not receive the reward.
   • PSPL may, at any time and without prior notice, replace any prize with another of similar value as determined by PSPL. Prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. To the extent allowed by law, all warranties and representations related to the prizes are excluded.

4. Clients who are not eligible

   The following clients are not eligible for this promotion, unless approved by PSPL management:

   • All employees of PSPL or Phillip Nova Pte. Ltd. (PNPL), and their related entities (for example, trading representatives and financial adviser representatives).
   • PSPL, all its direct or indirect subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (for example, spouses and children).

5. Use of personal data

   • By taking part in this promotion, you agree and consent to PSPL sharing relevant information with third-party service providers to support the delivery and redemption of the reward.

6. Disputes and decisions

   • If there is any dispute about a client’s eligibility or participation, PSPL’s decision will be final.

7. Changes to the promotion

   • PSPL may, at any time and at its sole discretion, amend, add to, or delete any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. This includes changes to eligibility, prizes, mechanics, duration of the promotion, and qualifying criteria. All participants will be bound by such changes once they take effect.
   • PSPL may also vary, withdraw, or cancel any item or the entire promotion without giving any reason and without any compensation or payment.
   • PSPL’s decisions on all matters related to this promotion are final and binding on all participants.

8. CFD risk notice

   • CFDs may not suit clients with a low risk tolerance. Please make sure you understand how margin trading works and the risks involved before trading.
   • Any CFD offered is not approved or endorsed by the issuer or originator of the underlying security. The issuer or originator is not a party to the CFD contract.
   • Phillip Securities Pte Ltd may change the published information at any time without prior notice.
