Free Welcome Bonus 20 Promotion Rules

1. General Provisions of the Promotion

1.1. The 'Forex Welcome Bonus 20' promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the'Promotion') is aimed at promoting the Jetvix trading platform.

1.2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Participants') must be legally competent individuals who have received an invitation by email from Jetvix trading platform to participate in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Invitation').

1.3. By participating in the Promotion, Participants fully agree to these Rules.

2. Information about the Organizer of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion is organized by Jet Corp LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 2823 LLC 2023, with an office at Ginger Village, Belmont, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines).

2.2. The website on the Internet where you can read information about the Promotion is jetvix.com (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the 'Organizer’s Website').

3. Terms of the Promotion

The Promotion starts on February 1, 2023 and is held until the total Prize Fund is distributed among Participants according to these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period').

4. Conditions of the Forex Promotion

4.1. To participate in the Promotion, you need to register on the Jetvix trading platform (if you are not registered yet) or log in to your Account on the Jetvix trading platform (if you are already registered). These actions should be made during the Promotion period, but no later than One (1) month since the Invitation has been received. When registering you need to use your email address at which the Invitation has been received.

4.2. The first one hundred (100) Participants of the Promotion become Winners and receive a non-deposit Bonus equal to $20 into their real Account on the Jetvix trading platform.

5. Prize Fund of the Promotion The total Prize Fund of the Promotion consists of the one hundred (100) $20 Bonuses.
6. Information on the Timing and Procedure for Receiving Prizes

6.1. The Bonus becomes available after registration of the Winner on the Jetvix trading platform according to Chapter 4 of these Rules (if the Winner has not been registered yet) or 1 after their logging in to their Account on the Jetvix trading platform (if the Winner has already been registered), and only could be used within Fourteen (14) days.

6.2. The Bonus is added to the Free Margin and the Account Equity of the Winner and could be used for opening Positions. The Account Balance is not changed. The Bonus is not available for Withdrawal, the Winner can withdraw only their own funds (Free Margin minus a Bonus amount).

6.3. The profit received using Forex Bonus is available for Withdrawal without need for completion of the mandatory trading turnover. At the same time, the maximum amount of profit received using Bonus is limited up to a maximum of $500.

6.4. If the Winner has an active Bonus, their Account Balance can become below zero, but not below than the negative value of Bonus plus 1 cent (for instance, if the active Bonus is $20, the Account Balance can not become below -$19.99). If the Account Balance becomes below specified amount, the Bonus is reset and the Account Balance turns back to zero.

6.5. After a Bonus is received, the Winner has the right to cancel it by contacting the Organizer's Client Support Service using the contacts specified in the Jetvix Client Agreement.

6.6. In exceptional cases, the profit received by the Winner using Bonuses may have limitations on the amount of Withdrawal.

7. Additional Terms

7.1. Each Participant may participate in the Promotion only once. New accounts may not be created by registered users, and users may not engage in any fraudulent practices to participate in the Promotion.

7.2. When awarding Prizes, the Organizer will not take into consideration the results of Participants who have violated clause 7.1 of these Rules.

7.3. On the basis of implied consent provided for in clauses 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant agrees to the processing by the Organizer of their personal information and ID on the Jetvix trading platform. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending a notification to the email address dataprotection@jetvix.com.

7.4. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the following:

1) non-receipt/untimely receipt by the Organizer of the information necessary for the receipt of Promotion Prizes through the fault of the Participants themselves, or through the fault of communication organizations, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;

2) non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) by the Participants of the Promotion of the obligationsstipulated by these Rules.

7.5. The Organizer has the right to make changes to these Rules at any time by posting corresponding information on the Organizer's Website. Participants of the Promotion are required to independently monitor for updates of these Rules by checking for changes on the Organizer’s Website.

7.6. 'Account', 'Account Balance', 'Equity', 'Free Margin', 'forex non-deposit Bonus', 'Registration on the Jetvix trading platform', are understood as defined in the Jetvix Client Agreement.

7.7. All other matters not covered by these Rules shall be governed by provision of the Jetvix Client Agreement. In the case of a discrepancy between these Rules and the Jetvix Client Agreement, these Rules shall prevail.
