FYNXT introduces capital markets operating platform and updated brand identity
A configurable platform gives financial institutions a shared foundation for launching services, managing client relationships, and adjusting internal operations.
FYNXT, a Singapore-based financial technology company, has launched a new operating platform for capital markets alongside an updated brand identity. The company introduced the platform at a private event in Dubai on September 21.
The platform links client-facing services, financial operations, and external service providers in one configurable environment. Financial institutions can choose the capabilities they need and adjust processes as their business requirements change.
Firms often need to respond to new markets, changing client expectations, and new commercial opportunities. However, separate systems and long development queues can slow those changes. FYNXT brings client records, workflows, and business rules together so institutions can configure the platform around their own operating models.
"Financial institutions usually have a clear idea of how they want to work with clients, but their technology doesn't always support that approach," said Aeby Samuel, founder and CEO of FYNXT. "We rebuilt FYNXT to give firms more control over their client journeys and internal processes, while maintaining permissions, approval steps, and accountability."
A configurable foundation for financial institutions
FYNXT combines financial CRM, digital onboarding, client and partner portals, account management, payments, and incentive tools. Institutions can activate the functions that fit their business and connect them with supported trading platforms and service providers.
Business teams can use no-code tools to update fields, forms, client journeys, workflows, and reports without relying on a separate development project for every change. Shared records connect client interactions with the operational work that follows, which reduces duplicate data entry across different systems.
Shared data and controlled changes
The platform uses a common data model across its configuration tools. Teams can create a field once and reuse it in forms, approval workflows, and reports. For example, information collected during onboarding can trigger an approval rule and appear in an operations dashboard without being recreated in each application.
Version controls, field-level permissions, and audit trails help institutions manage updates. Teams can prepare changes in draft form, review them, and publish approved versions while keeping a record of what changed.
FYNXT is designed to work alongside existing technology investments. Institutions can introduce individual capabilities over time, with integration and implementation plans based on their current systems and operational needs.
FYNXT expands its focus beyond brokerage
The company has kept the FYNXT name, while its updated website and visual identity present the business as a capital markets operating platform. The wider focus includes banks, securities and derivatives firms, wealth managers, and asset managers. FX, CFD, and multi-asset brokers remain important customer groups.
FYNXT was previously known as Simple2Trade. The company originally focused on simplifying trading technology and now connects client services with the operational processes that support them. Its new platform gives institutions more flexibility to configure how they manage and expand their businesses.
The company is also developing governed AI agents for tasks such as onboarding, compliance reviews, and reconciliation. These tools are being designed with permission controls, evidence trails, and human approval requirements. They aren't currently available for production use.
Availability
The new FYNXT platform is available now. Institutions can request a demonstration and discuss product capabilities, integrations, and implementation plans at fynxt.com.
Existing customers can contact their account managers to review transition requirements.
