Former NCM Executive Faraz Mushtaq Launches Prop Firm Monetro
Faraz Mushtaq, a longtime brokerage executive, has launched Monetro, a proprietary trading firm.
Mushtaq spent 16 years at Kuwaiti broker NCM after joining in 2010. During his tenure, he held senior marketing roles and helped establish the broker's Category 1 entity in Dubai.
Monetro offers four funded trader challenges, with account sizes ranging from $2,500 to $200,000. The firm also provides instant funding accounts.
"I'm excited to share that I've started Monetro, a prop trading firm," Mushtaq wrote in a LinkedIn post. "Building a business brings a different kind of responsibility: turning a vision into something real, earning trust, and making decisions that shape its future. There's plenty to learn and a lot of work ahead, and I'm ready for the challenge.
"With Monetro, my goal is to build a firm that gives ambitious traders opportunities to grow, with transparency and consistency at its core.
"Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. I look forward to sharing the lessons, milestones, and progress as this journey unfolds. Here's to the next chapter."
