Dinero Markets Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. Dinero Markets retains ownership of all bonus funds.
2. The bonus applies only to deposits made into the account designated for the promotion. Deposits made through internal transfers don't qualify.
3. The credit bonus provides additional free margin. It increases the funds available for opening positions and meeting margin requirements. However, the bonus isn't included in the trading account balance and can't be withdrawn.
4. Dinero Markets credits the bonus to the account that received and passed the Company's approval for margin credit. The bonus can't be used to cover trading losses.
5. If the client's positions are closed through a stop-out before the bonus is credited, the client won't qualify for the bonus.
6. Eligible clients must complete Dinero Markets' onboarding process and pass all applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing checks. Dinero Markets may approve or reject any new account at its discretion.
7. By joining the promotion, you confirm that you've read and accepted these promotional terms, along with Dinero Markets' Terms and Conditions available at dineromarkets.
8. Dinero Markets management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these terms in the manner it considers fairest to all parties. The Company's decision is final and binding on the participant.
9. These terms are written in English. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version will control.
10. You can't combine this promotion with any other offer unless Dinero Markets gives prior approval.
11. Dinero Markets may change, amend, suspend, or end this promotion, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
12. Participants should review the promotional terms regularly. Continued participation in the promotion or continued use of the Company's services means that you accept any updates or changes to these terms.
13. If a client withdraws any amount from the trading account, including profits or part of the original deposit, the account will no longer qualify for the promotion. Dinero Markets will then remove the entire credit bonus.
14. If the client's initial deposit is completely lost through realized or unrealized trading results, Dinero Markets will also remove the credit bonus.
15. Dinero Markets isn't required to notify the client when it removes the bonus. The Company isn't responsible for any stop-out or other result caused by the cancellation of the bonus.
16. Dinero Markets isn't liable for any loss, including indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, costs, expenses, or damage connected with the promotion or the opening of a live trading account.
17. Dinero Markets will treat an internal transfer request from the bonus account as a withdrawal from that account. To transfer funds internally to another trading account, the client must maintain the required secured equity amount.
18. If Dinero Markets suspects that a participant has abused, attempted to abuse, or acted in bad faith under the promotion, it may deny, withhold, cancel, or remove any related amounts. The Company may also suspend or permanently cancel the promotional terms or the client agreement for that participant, end access to its services, or block the participant's account or accounts.
19. Dinero Markets may correct trading calculations if it suspects abuse or manipulation of the bonus policy or promotion.
20. Dinero Markets isn't responsible for technical failures affecting any communications network. The Company also isn't responsible for entries that are late, lost, submitted incorrectly, delayed, unreadable, incomplete, corrupted, or sent to the wrong destination because of transmission errors, interruptions, or other causes.
21. These Terms and Conditions are issued in English. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the original English text, the English version will prevail.
22. Participants who receive a promotional bonus or credit bonus must complete the required number of lots based on the deposited amount. A deposit made under this promotion must complete 0.6% in lots before the participant can request a withdrawal.
