ATFX Connect Names Meenaz Sayyed MENA Director
ATFX Connect, ATFX's institutional B2B services division, has appointed Dubai-based Meenaz Sayyed as MENA director. She will lead the company's regional operations as it expands its presence across the Middle East and North Africa.
Sayyed joins ATFX Connect after about 18 months as head of sales at ANAX Capital Financial Markets L.L.C. She previously served as sales director at Daman Markets and worked as an account executive at IG MENA. Her earlier experience includes roles in wealth management and banking at Exuberance Wealth Management, Century Financial, HSBC, and JPMorgan.
Her appointment follows the departure of Hormoz Faryar, who spent three years as managing director of institutional sales at ATFX MENA before joining Sky Links Capital earlier this month. Sayyed's move comes amid a leadership change in the region's institutional FX and CFD brokerage sector.
