Fusion Markets

Lowest price per lot in the index

9.6
All-in$5.50
Spread0.10

Full breakdown
Strengths
  • Smallest commission we found

#02

Tickmill

UK-licensed and still under $7

9.3
All-in$7.00
Spread0.10
Deposit$100

Tickmill pairs a $3 per-side commission with FCA and CySEC oversight, a rare mix at this price. Fills stay clean through data releases, which is where cheaper offshore brokers tend to slip. The platform menu is MetaTrader plus TradingView, nothing more.

Full breakdown
Strengths
  • Tier-1 regulation at a low price
  • Steady execution during news
  • Small $100 entry
Trade-offs
  • No cTrader
  • Narrower CFD range than the giants

Priced account: Raw · Licences: FCA, CySEC, FSA, FSCA · Platforms: MT4, MT5, TradingView

FP Markets

Most platform choice for the money

9.2
All-in$7.00

If you like to switch between MetaTrader, cTrader and TradingView depending on the strategy, FP Markets prices all of them the same. A $50 minimum lets you test real execution before you commit a bigger balance.

Full breakdown

  • Broadest platform list in the index
  • ASIC and CySEC licensed

#04

IC Markets

The scalper's default choice

9.1
All-in$8.00
Spread0.10
Deposit$200

Huge EUR/USD volume means the book rarely runs thin, so the raw spread holds even when you hit it repeatedly. Expert advisors, hedging and sub-minute trades are all welcome. You pay a little more commission than the top three for that depth.

Full breakdown
Strengths
  • Deep, consistent liquidity
  • No limits on EAs or scalping
  • Free VPS above a volume threshold
Trade-offs
  • $200 to open
  • $3.50 per side is mid-pack

Priced account: Raw · Licences: ASIC, CySEC, FSA, SCB · Platforms: MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView

#05

Pepperstone

The safest seat at a raw price

9.1
All-in$8.00
Spread0.10
Deposit$0

Few brokers hold as many top-tier licences. Pepperstone's Razor account costs the same as IC Markets, but you also get BaFin, DFSA and FCA coverage and a polished TradingView link. A strong pick when protecting your capital comes first.

Full breakdown
Strengths
  • Seven-plus regulators
  • Zero minimum deposit
  • Excellent TradingView integration
Trade-offs
  • No promotional bonuses
  • Not the cheapest per lot

#06

Exness

Fastest money in and out

8.8
All-in$8.00
Spread0.10
Deposit$500

Exness's edge is payments. Local e-wallets and bank options, plus automated withdrawals that often land in minutes, make it a favourite across South Asia. Its Raw Spread account prices majors competitively, and the Zero account keeps 0.0 pips on top pairs for most of the session.

Full breakdown
Strengths
  • Withdrawals processed automatically
  • Large choice of local payment methods
  • Zero account option for majors
Trade-offs
  • $500 entry on pro accounts
  • Conditions vary by legal entity

Priced account: Raw Spread · Licences: FCA, CySEC, FSCA, FSA, FSC · Platforms: MT4, MT5, Exness Terminal

#07

RoboForex

Raw-style pricing from $10

8.4
All-in$6.00
Spread0.20
Deposit$10

The ECN account bills commission by traded value, roughly $2 per side per lot, so the total sits around $6. That is cheap, and a $10 opening balance makes it easy to start. The catch is regulation: only an offshore Belize licence.

Full breakdown
Strengths
  • Second-lowest cost in the index
  • Tiny opening deposit
  • Active contest and bonus calendar
Trade-offs
  • Offshore oversight only
  • Spreads widen more after New York close

Full breakdown
Strengths
  • Frequent deposit bonuses and contests
  • Wide range of local deposit methods
  • EU clients served under CySEC

  • Raw accounts rarely bonus-eligible
  • MetaTrader only

#09

Octa

One price, no commission maths

8.1
All-in$9.00
Spread0.90
Deposit$25

Octa folds its fee into the spread and charges no swaps on many instruments. For swing traders who hold for days, skipping overnight financing can outweigh the wider spread. Scalpers will find raw brokers cheaper.

Full breakdown
Strengths
  • Simple, commission-free pricing
  • Swap-free on many markets
  • $25 to open
Trade-offs
  • Pricey for high-frequency trading
  • Limited tier-1 coverage

Priced account: MT5 / OctaTrader · Licences: CySEC, FSCA, MISA · Platforms: MT4, MT5, OctaTrader

#10

AvaTrade

Fixed spreads that never jump

7.9
All-in$9.00
Spread0.90 fixed
Deposit$100

AvaTrade quotes a fixed EUR/USD spread, so your cost is the same at 14:00 and at midnight. That predictability helps news traders and anyone who cannot watch the clock. On a quiet afternoon, a raw account will beat it.

Full breakdown
Strengths
  • Cost known before every trade
  • Licensed on five continents
  • AvaOptions for hedging

Is that bonus worth the wider spread?

Bonus offers usually sit on Standard accounts, where you pay more per lot. Enter the terms of any promotion to see whether it puts money in your pocket or quietly takes it out.

Example values: a $50 deposit bonus that needs 10 lots of trading, compared with an $8-per-lot raw account.

Low spread FAQ

Can't find your answer? Message the FxDailyInfo team on Telegram at @fxdailyinfocom.

Which broker is cheapest for EUR/USD in 2027?

In our index, Fusion Markets has the lowest all-in cost at about $5.50 per standard lot, followed by RoboForex at around $6 and Tickmill and FP Markets at $7.

How can I check a broker's real spread myself?

Open a demo or small live account, add the spread column to your MT4 or MT5 Market Watch, and note the value at a few set times over a week. Many brokers also publish average-spread pages you can compare against.

Does a raw account make sense if I trade 0.01 lots?

Usually yes, because commission scales with size: 0.01 lot pays one hundredth of the fee. The bigger question is whether the raw account's minimum deposit fits your budget.

Why does the gold spread jump at the start of the Asian session?

Right after the daily rollover, gold liquidity is thin until Asian banks become active. Spreads on XAU/USD can triple for the first hour, so avoid entries between about 22:00 and 00:00 GMT.

Do cent accounts have higher spreads?

Usually. Cent accounts suit learning with tiny real stakes, but their spreads are often 1–2 pips on majors. Treat them as practice, not as a cost-efficient long-term account.

Can I trade swap-free on a raw spread account?

At some brokers, yes. Swap-free versions may add a fixed holding fee after a set number of days, so read the Islamic-account terms carefully.

Are expert advisors and scalping allowed at these brokers?

All ten allow automated trading. IC Markets, Fusion Markets, Pepperstone and Tickmill are the most open to high-frequency scalping. Always confirm minimum holding-time rules in the client agreement.
