JustMarkets review: our verdict
Short answer: JustMarkets is a cost-efficient, MetaTrader-centred broker that suits forex and gold scalpers, day traders and EA users who already have their own analysis. It earns 4.1 out of 5 in this JustMarkets Forex Broker Review and Ratings, held back by offshore licensing for most international clients, a modest product list, thin research and a mixed record of withdrawal complaints from some users.
Most brokers make you choose between a low entry barrier and low trading costs. JustMarkets is one of the few that offers both at once. A trader in Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan or Bangladesh can open a Standard account with $10, while an active trader who wants interbank-style pricing can move to the Raw Spread account and pay a flat $3 per side commission on top of near-zero spreads.
Where the broker is less convincing is in what surrounds the trading. You get around 260 instruments rather than thousands, research that rarely goes beyond daily forecasts, and a regulatory picture in which most non-European clients sit under offshore entities. User feedback is also split: many traders praise near-instant deposits and withdrawals, while a vocal minority report withdrawals held for review. None of these points is a dealbreaker on its own, but together they shape who JustMarkets is right for.

JustMarkets company overview
JustMarkets started in 2012 as JustForex, a broker aimed at retail traders in emerging markets. Over the next decade it widened its CFD menu to include commodities, indices, shares and cryptocurrencies. In September 2022 the company rebranded as JustMarkets, a move that coincided with the launch of its Cyprus-regulated entity and access to clients in the European Economic Area.
The broker now says it has more than 3 million traders in over 160 countries and more than 50 industry awards. Its website is available in over 20 languages, including Bengali, Urdu, Malay, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese and Arabic, which reflects where most of its clients are. The company remains privately owned and does not publish audited financial statements, which is normal for a broker of its type but worth noting.

Is JustMarkets safe and regulated?
JustMarkets is a group of companies, each licensed in a different jurisdiction. The entity that opens your account depends on where you live, and that single fact decides your leverage, your bonus eligibility and the protection you get if something goes wrong. Always check the company named in your client agreement, not only the brand.
| Entity | Regulator | Licence | Who it serves |
|---|---|---|---|
| JustMarkets Ltd | CySEC (Cyprus) | 401/21 | EU and EEA clients |
| Just Global Markets Ltd | FSA (Seychelles) | SD088 | Most international clients |
| Just Global Markets (MU) Ltd | FSC (Mauritius) | GB22200881 | International clients |
| Just Global Markets (VG) Ltd | BVI FSC | SIBA/L/24/1177 | International clients |
| Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd | FSCA (South Africa) | FSP 51114 | South African clients |
The first four entities are listed in the legal footer of the JustMarkets website today. The FSCA authorisation is cited by several independent reviewers but does not appear in that footer, so South African traders should confirm it on the FSCA register before opening an account.
How your money is protected
Across its entities, JustMarkets keeps client money in segregated bank accounts away from its own operating funds, and retail clients receive negative balance protection, so a price gap cannot leave you owing the broker money. The Personal Area uses SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, and the company says its internal procedures follow the PCI DSS card-security standard.
The biggest difference is compensation. EU retail clients of the CySEC entity are covered by the Investor Compensation Fund, which can pay up to €20,000 per eligible client if the firm fails. Clients of the Seychelles, Mauritius and BVI entities have no equivalent statutory scheme. That is the trade-off behind the high leverage and bonuses available offshore.
Regulatory note: JustMarkets has appeared on regulator alert lists in some countries for offering services without local authorisation, including Bank Negara Malaysia's Financial Consumer Alert list. This does not mean the broker is unregulated elsewhere, but it does mean clients in those countries are not protected by their local regulator.
Tip from our team: search the licence number from the table above in the regulator's own register and confirm that the company name, address and website match exactly before you deposit.
At the time of writing we found no publicly reported fines by CySEC, the FSA, the FSC or the BVI FSC against JustMarkets. Individual complaints about account restrictions and withdrawals do exist on review sites, which we cover in the user reviews section below.

EU retail accounts use a 50% stop-out in line with ESMA rules. EU traders who meet the portfolio and experience criteria can upgrade to professional status for leverage between 1:100 and 1:300, but they give up negative balance protection and investor compensation in exchange.
Swap-free levels
JustMarkets runs a two-level swap-free system. Clients with the Extended level pay no swaps on most instruments, while the Standard level covers a narrower list. Islamic clients can request swap-free status on any account through support. If you hold trades for several days, check which level applies to you before relying on it.
JustMarkets spreads, commissions and fees
Low cost is the main reason traders choose JustMarkets, so we looked at it closely. The broker uses two pricing models: spread-only on Standard, Cent and Pro accounts, and raw spread plus commission on the Raw Spread account.
Typical forex spreads by account
The averages below come from the London and New York overlap, when liquidity is highest. Spreads widen at the daily rollover, around major news and on thin holiday sessions.
| Pair | Standard | Pro | Raw Spread |
|---|---|---|---|
| EUR/USD | 1.0 pip | 0.7 pips | 0.1 pips |
| GBP/USD | 1.2 pips | 0.9 pips | 0.2 pips |
| USD/JPY | 1.4 pips | 0.8 pips | 0.1 pips |
| AUD/USD | 1.1 pips | 0.8 pips | 0.1 pips |
| USD/CAD | 1.6 pips | 1.1 pips | 0.1 pips |
| NZD/USD | 2.1 pips | 1.3 pips | 0.4 pips |
What one standard lot of EUR/USD really costs
Assume a pip on one standard lot is worth $10. On the Standard account, a 1.0 pip spread costs about $10 for the round trip. On the Pro account, 0.7 pips works out to roughly $7. On the Raw Spread account, a 0.1 pip spread adds $1 to a $6 round-turn commission, for about $7 in total, and Raw pulls further ahead on pairs where standard spreads are wider. For anyone trading several lots a day, that difference adds up quickly.
Non-trading fees
| Fee | JustMarkets |
|---|---|
| Deposit fee | None from the broker |
| Withdrawal fee | None from the broker; bank, card or network fees may apply |
| Inactivity fee | $5 per month after 150 days without activity (funded accounts only) |
| Overnight swaps | Charged or credited on non-swap-free accounts; triple swap on Wednesday |
| Currency conversion | Applies if you fund in a currency different from your account currency |
If you hold trades overnight without swap-free status, check the swap long and swap short values in MetaTrader under the symbol's specification before opening the trade, because on some pairs one direction can cost several dollars per lot per night.
JustMarkets trading platforms
JustMarkets is a MetaTrader broker first and foremost. International clients can use MT4 and MT5 on Windows, Mac, web browsers, Android and iOS, plus the broker's own mobile app. Clients of the CySEC entity are offered MT5.
MetaTrader 4
MT4 remains the favourite for forex traders who rely on Expert Advisors and custom indicators, thanks to the huge library of tools built for it. You get nine timeframes, around 30 built-in indicators, one-click trading and no restrictions on scalping, hedging or algorithmic strategies. JustMarkets' copy trading service also runs on MT4.
MetaTrader 5
MT5 is the better choice for multi-asset traders. It offers 21 timeframes, 38 built-in indicators, extra pending order types, depth-of-market pricing, an integrated economic calendar and a faster multi-threaded strategy tester for MQL5 robots.
JustMarkets mobile app
The proprietary app combines trading, charting and full account management, so you can register, open accounts, deposit, withdraw and contact support without switching apps. It supports biometric login and two-factor authentication and carries user ratings around 4.5 out of 5 on both app stores.
VPS and copy trading
Eligible traders can run Expert Advisors on a forex VPS close to the broker's servers, which keeps strategies running when your computer is off. The copy trading service lets you follow strategy providers from an investor wallet, with providers setting their own commission. Copying is not a shortcut to profit; past results do not guarantee future returns.
The main gap is third-party platforms. There is no cTrader and no TradingView integration, which is one of the most common requests in user reviews.
Tradable markets and leverage
JustMarkets lists more than 250 CFD instruments. That is narrow compared with multi-asset giants, but forex coverage is good and the rest of the list focuses on liquid markets most retail traders use. In June 2027 the broker also added CFDs on SpaceX shares, a sign it is still expanding its stock list.
| Asset class | Approx. number | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Forex pairs | 60 to 70 | EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, USD/ZAR, USD/TRY |
| Stock CFDs | ~170 | Apple, Tesla, Nvidia, Amazon, SpaceX |
| Indices | 11 to 13 | US30, US500, US100, DE40, UK100 |
| Commodities | 8 to 11 | Gold, silver, Brent, WTI, natural gas |
| Cryptocurrencies | 11 to 17 | BTC, ETH, ADA, DOGE, LTC |
| ETFs, options, bonds | Not available | |
Maximum leverage by instrument
| Instrument | Max leverage (international) | Average spread | Swap-free |
|---|---|---|---|
| XAU/USD (gold) | 1:3000 | 2 | Available |
| EUR/USD | 1:3000 | 0.7 pips | Available |
| BTC/USD | 1:500 | 59.1 | Available |
| US30 (Dow Jones) | 1:500 | 1.8 | Available |
| Brent crude | 1:200 | 1 | Swap applied |
| Apple (AAPL) | 1:20 | 1.1 | Available |
EU retail clients are capped at 1:30 on major pairs, 1:20 on gold and major indices, 1:5 on stocks and 1:2 on crypto. Leverage of 1:3000 sounds dramatic, so it is worth putting in context: leverage only changes how much margin a position needs, not how much you lose per pip. A trader who risks 2% of the account per trade risks the same amount at 1:100 or 1:3000. The danger comes when high leverage tempts you into positions far bigger than your balance can absorb.
Risk reminder: negative balance protection stops your account going below zero, but it does not protect the money you deposited. Use stop-loss orders and size positions so a single loss stays affordable.
JustMarkets deposits and withdrawals
Payments are one of JustMarkets' strongest areas. The broker supports cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, local payment agents, regional bank methods and cryptocurrencies, and charges no internal fees either way. It says most deposits and withdrawals are processed on its side within about one minute; the rest of the time depends on your payment provider.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal arrives | Broker fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | Instant | Up to 10 business days (card issuer) | Free |
| Skrill / Neteller | Instant | Minutes to 2 hours | Free |
| Sticpay / Perfect Money / FasaPay | Instant | Minutes to 2 hours | Free |
| Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX) | After network confirmations | Up to 2 hours | Free (network fee only) |
| Local banks and agents (Asia, Africa, LatAm) | Minutes to 1 day | Same day to 1 day | Free |
| International bank wire | Up to 6 business days | 1 to 6 business days | Free |
JustMarkets follows a return-to-source rule: withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, up to the amount deposited, and profits above that can go by bank, e-wallet or crypto. Crypto funding is only available through the international entities.
The most common causes of slow withdrawals are incomplete verification, paying from an account in someone else's name, and accounts flagged for review when deposits are withdrawn with little or no trading. Finish KYC before your first trade, always use a card, wallet or bank account in your own name, and keep your deposit receipts.
JustMarkets bonuses, promotions and contests
Promotions are where JustMarkets stands out from many low-cost brokers, and they are a big reason our readers search for it. Bonuses are available only to clients of the international entities; EU clients are not eligible.
- $30 welcome bonus with no deposit: new verified clients can trade with free funds and withdraw profits once the trading conditions are met. See our JustMarkets $30 no deposit bonus guide for the current rules.
- Deposit bonus from 50% up to 120%: credited on qualifying deposits, with the bonus becoming withdrawable after you reach the required trading volume.
- Refer a friend: the referrer earns a cash reward per active friend and the new client receives an extra deposit bonus.
- Trading contests: JustMarkets runs regular demo and live contests, such as its 2027 anniversary contest with a prize pool above $50,000 and gold rewards.
- Partner programme: introducing brokers can earn per-lot rewards or revenue share on referred clients.
Bonus terms change often, and every offer comes with volume requirements, time limits and country restrictions. Read the full terms before accepting, and never let a bonus push you into trades you would not otherwise take. Customer support, research and education
Customer support
Support is available 24/7 through live chat, email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and Messenger, in languages including English, Indonesian, Malay, Spanish, Vietnamese, Portuguese and Arabic. Independent testers report live-chat replies within a minute and clear answers on leverage, swap-free status and withdrawals. A separate Help Center covers common questions on funding, verification and platform setup.
Research and education
JustMarkets publishes a daily forecast, a market overview, an economic calendar, a world currencies guide, a trading glossary, trading articles and educational videos. The daily forecast is the most useful item for active traders. Beyond that the material is introductory, with little advanced analysis and no premium research tools, so intermediate traders will want outside sources.
What real traders say about JustMarkets
We read recent user reviews on Myfxbook, where JustMarkets holds a 3.9 out of 5 community score from 68 reviews, along with feedback summarised by other review sites. Opinions are clearly split, and both sides are worth knowing before you sign up.
Common praise
Fast deposits and withdrawals, often described as instant; competitive spreads on gold and major pairs; an easy-to-use app and Personal Area; and quick, helpful live chat for everyday questions.
Common complaints
Some withdrawals held for compliance review with unclear explanations; spreads widening on less liquid pairs or during news; trading limits applied to accounts suspected of using EAs; and requests for cTrader, TradingView and MT5 copy trading.
Most negative reviews involve unverified accounts, bonus conditions or withdrawals of deposits with little trading activity, which brokers often check under anti-money-laundering rules. That does not make every complaint invalid. The practical lesson is the same: verify fully, read the bonus and non-trading rules, and test a small withdrawal early.
JustMarkets vs other popular brokers
How does JustMarkets compare with other brokers our readers often consider? The table uses headline conditions from each broker's featured listing on Fxdailyinfo.
| Broker | Min deposit | Max leverage | Headline bonus | Review |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| JustMarkets | $10 | 1:3000 | $30 no deposit, up to 120% deposit | You are here |
| Valetax | $1 | 1:2000 | 30% deposit bonus | Valetax profile |
| Headway | $1 | High | $150 no deposit bonus | Headway profile |
| RoboForex | $0 | 1:1000 | $30 no deposit bonus | RoboForex profile |
| XM | $5 | Varies | $30 no deposit bonus | XM profile |
Compared with these alternatives, JustMarkets stands out for the combination of very high leverage, a commission-based Raw account and broad swap-free coverage. Brokers with tier-1 licences such as FCA or ASIC will offer stronger protection, but usually with much lower leverage and fewer bonuses. Use our broker comparison tool to put any two brokers side by side.

JustMarkets ratings across the web
Our score sits close to what other independent review sites have found. Scores were checked at the time of writing and may change.
DayTrading.com also rates the broker 3.9, while Investing.com gives its highest marks to customer support, account types and unique features and its lowest to tradable instruments. Across sources the pattern is consistent: strong on cost, accounts and payments; weaker on regulation depth, product range and research.
How we calculated our score
We rate every broker in the Fxdailyinfo database on the same nine categories shown in the scorecard at the top of this page. Trading costs, accounts, payments and safety carry the most weight because they affect traders every day; research and education carry the least. Each category is scored from 1 to 5 and combined into a weighted overall score.

JustMarkets review FAQ
Is JustMarkets a safe and regulated broker?
JustMarkets is regulated by CySEC in Cyprus (401/21), the Seychelles FSA (SD088), the Mauritius FSC (GB22200881) and the BVI FSC (SIBA/L/24/1177), and third-party reviews also list an FSCA licence in South Africa (51114). Client funds are segregated and retail clients get negative balance protection. Only EU clients of the CySEC entity are covered by an investor compensation fund of up to €20,000.
What is the JustMarkets minimum deposit?
The Standard and Standard Cent accounts start from $10. The Pro and Raw Spread accounts require $200 at the international entities. EU clients of the CySEC entity can open Pro or Raw Spread accounts from €100.
What leverage does JustMarkets offer?
International clients can use up to 1:3000 on forex and gold. Other instruments have lower caps, such as 1:500 on Bitcoin and US30, 1:200 on Brent and 1:20 on stocks like Apple. EU retail clients are limited to 1:30 on major pairs.
Does JustMarkets charge deposit or withdrawal fees?
JustMarkets does not charge its own deposit or withdrawal fees, and it says most transfers are processed on its side within about one minute. Banks, card issuers, e-wallets and crypto networks may charge their own fees. A $5 monthly inactivity fee applies after 150 days without activity on funded accounts.
Does JustMarkets offer a no deposit bonus?
Eligible non-EU clients can claim a $30 welcome bonus with no deposit required, plus deposit bonuses that have ranged from 50% to 120%. EU clients are not eligible. Always read the current terms before accepting a bonus.
Is JustMarkets the same as JustForex?
Yes. JustForex rebranded to JustMarkets in September 2022 when it widened its product range and launched its CySEC-regulated European entity.
Which countries does JustMarkets not accept?
JustMarkets does not serve residents of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan, India and internationally sanctioned countries. Check the registration page for the latest list.
Is JustMarkets good for gold trading?
Gold (XAU/USD) is one of the broker's most popular instruments, with leverage up to 1:3000 internationally and swap-free trading available. Spreads on gold widen during news, so test the live spread at the hours you trade.
Conclusion: is JustMarkets a good broker?
For cost-conscious forex and gold traders outside the strictest jurisdictions, JustMarkets is a strong option. It combines a $10 entry point, raw spreads from 0.0 pips, fee-free funding, fast processing and some of the most generous bonuses in the industry, all on the MetaTrader platforms most traders already know.
Its weaknesses are just as clear. Most international clients sit under offshore regulation with no compensation scheme, the broker appears on some local regulator alert lists, the product list is short, research is basic, and a minority of users report withdrawal reviews. If protection and breadth matter more to you than cost and promotions, a broker with tier-1 regulation may suit you better.
Our advice is simple: confirm the entity that will hold your account, test the platform on a demo, make a small first deposit and request a small withdrawal before committing larger funds. That routine tells you more about any broker than any review can.
